SYSTEM COURTESY AND TAIL TONES |
|
You will notice all sorts of beeps when using the repeaters. Unlike some repeaters, the various tones serve an actual purpose to let you know which band input or interface a signal was received on. When first coming onto either repeater, it’s a good idea to listen for a minute or two even before announcing your presence. |
